PROJECT :

The project consisted of the partial reconstruction of a house after fire caused the destruction of the second floor, and the irreversible damage to the first floor. We were able to redesign the layout of the internal area. A workshop at the back of the property was converted into a studio apartment while the first and second floors were brought back into habitable space. The access to the accomodation on the top two floors was changed in order to protect the independent access of the studio apartment and of the extented terrace.
