PROJECT : The client wanted to renovate the interior space of traditional Savoyard "Mazot". The project consisted of reorganising the existing ground floor but also to create an extension to the back of the property for the construction of an staircase. Access to the second floor was currently by a ladder which vas poorly situated for traffic in the house and for access to other floors.

The extension therefore was for a spiral external stairwell which would serve all the floors of the building. A roof velux window was created in order to bring light into the whole of this circular stairwell.
