PROJECT : The project consists of the reconstruction of a building comosed of two parts : a barn and a garage. This reconstruction concerns the barn, the planned new building will be of the same dimensions as the adjacent farm in order to blend smoothly with the ancient building.

The balcony will follow the same principles. The facades will be treated simply, taking into account the view (an important benefit) and especially exposure to the sun. The existing garage will be transformed into habitable space.

An underground garage for two vehicles will be created a little lower and will permit an easier access. This parking space will only minimally affect the land in order to preserve the natural environment and existing trees.
