PROJECT : The project consists of the renovation of the whole of an existing building. The volume stays the same except for a balcony which will be created on the front elevation. The work plan, which responds to very specific demands about maximising the view, includes total refurbishment of the habitable space : on the ground floor, the bedrooms, bathrooms etc... On the first floor, the living rooms with open views.

The slope of the roof, as well as its overhang suggest the extensive glazing of the south-west elevation. This favours the best exposure to natural lignt and to sun throughout the whole floor.

The garden is landscaped.
