The land, which sits on a slight slope, overlooks a large agricultural plateau, dotted with simple traditional 2 storey rectangular barns.

Four identical three-storey townhouses have been designed, following the same principle as these traditional agricultural buildings but adapting the design to the slope.

The constraints imposed by building into the slope have led to an innovative architectural response in order to preserve the privacy of each dwelling and to preserve the character of the site.

Thus the offset walls bring not only dynamism to the project but also maximise the view and exposure to the sun.

Solar panels on the roof and glazed panel facing south complement the theme of this construction project.
