PROJECT :  The project consists of transforming the existing dwelling and barn into a unique home. Conserving the original features and making the most of the view are essential priorities.

To preserve the external character of the building, the required parking places will be either integral to the building or underground. It is essential in this project to preserve the character and history of the building.

On the ground floor the original old farm windows stay and any new windows will respect the same dimensions. In the barn, the window openings can be masked by sliding panels in old wood. Small skylights will be used in the roof in order to increase sun (the farm being located in a cold valley), as well as light and views. Architectural features of the farm will be preserved.

The garden will be landscape.
